When automated product assembly is complex and involves many process steps, Linear Transfer Systems offer a high level of flexibility and plenty of design freedom. In the WEISS portfolio, there are four Linear Transfer Systems with very different drive types. The transfer systems have a modular structure, which enables them to be adapted to most requirements. They are supplies with a frame, control cabinet, control system and mounting plates.

Integration is a key component of product engineering at WEISS, since linear transfer systems are part of an overall line. The interfaces are optimally coordinated, both in terms of mechanics and software. WEISS Linear Transfer Systems are preconfigured, pre-paramterised and pre-commissioned thanks to W.A.S. LS, the WEISS Application Software. The simplifies set-up and start-up.

LS Hybrid combines multiple drive types at the same time. A cam drive, a belt section and a linear motor segment are used in combination to map the most complex processes with high process forces.
